Maintenance Leader

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Maintenance Leader to oversee all maintenance activities within our automotive production environment. The role involves planning, coordinating, and optimizing preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure uninterrupted production flow.

Key responsibilities

• Define and schedule maintenance tasks based on production needs and technician capacity.
• Develop and implement procedures and work instructions for all maintenance operations.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure compliance with the maintenance activity plan.
• Analyze equipment failures, coordinate corrective actions, and track their effectiveness.
• Manage the ordering of equipment, spare parts, and consumables following internal processes.
• Plan, update, and verify the effectiveness of annual, monthly, and weekly preventive maintenance actions.

Required profile

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in maintenance or industrial engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Leader, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of Hirschmann Automotive KE technical processes such as cutting, injection, testing, and assembly.
• Fluent English communication skills.
