Maintenance Specialist – Preventive & Predictive Maintenance

About the role

COFICAB is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to lead the development and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for its production equipment in Morocco. The role focuses on maximizing equipment availability, ensuring compliance with industrial standards, and supporting the maintenance team in solving critical failures.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance policies, checklists, and technical documentation.
• Keep equipment records, operating modes, and technical specifications up to date.
• Prioritize work requests, schedule work orders, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to standards, norms, and budget constraints.
• Provide on‑site technical support for complex equipment failures.
• Inspect the quality of maintenance interventions and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in preventive and predictive maintenance within an industrial environment.
• Ability to create and update technical maintenance documents and training programs.
• Strong understanding of equipment performance monitoring and budget management.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills for diagnosing critical equipment issues.
