Maintenance Technician (Assemblage)

About the role

The Maintenance Technician (Assemblage) is responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of production equipment through preventive and corrective actions. You will work on a variety of machines, support continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate closely with engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production means.
• Execute annual maintenance according to established procedures.
• Repair equipment on production lines and record all interventions in SAP.
• Participate in the 5S program and maintain an organized workplace.
• Assemble and upgrade equipment based on engineers' drawings.

Required profile

• Minimum BAC +2 education.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar maintenance role.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and French.
• Strong sense of responsibility, flexibility and availability.
• Organized, stress‑resistant, versatile, initiative‑taker and self‑starter.

Required skills

• Preventive and corrective maintenance techniques.
• Analysis of pneumatic and electrical drawings.
• Mechanical adjustments and alignment.
• Operation of test equipment.
• Experience with injection molding (a plus).
• Proficiency in SAP for maintenance logging.
• Knowledge of 5S methodology.
• Equipment assembly and upgrades according to engineering drawings.
