Maintenance Technician – Cutting & Crimping

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician specialized in cutting and crimping equipment for the automotive industry. The successful candidate will ensure the reliability of production line machines through preventive and corrective maintenance, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Perform annual maintenance of cutting and crimping machines according to established procedures.
• Diagnose and repair equipment failures on production lines.
• Record all repairs and interventions in the SAP maintenance log.
• Participate in the implementation of the 5S program within the maintenance department.
• Execute assembly of devices and equipment improvements based on engineers' drawings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BAC +2) in sciences or technical studies.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical diagrams.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Operation and maintenance of cutting and crimping machines (Komax, Schleuniger, Schaefer, etc.).
• Preventive and corrective maintenance techniques.
• Use of SAP for maintenance logging.
• Implementation of 5S workplace organization.
• Assembly and equipment improvement according to engineering drawings.
