Maintenance Technician (Cutting/Coupe)

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician specialized in cutting equipment to join our production facility in the Oriental Region. The role involves ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of cutting machines through preventive and corrective maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and urgent corrective repairs on cutting machines.
• Analyse technical issues, interpret pneumatic and electrical schematics, and implement solutions.
• Execute mechanical adjustments and equipment upgrades according to engineering drawings.
• Document all interventions in the SAP maintenance system.
• Support the 5S workplace organization program within the maintenance department.

Required profile

• Minimum BAC+2 or equivalent education.
• At least 2 years of experience maintaining cutting equipment in an industrial setting.
• Strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
• Good command of English and French.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cutting machines and related equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret pneumatic and electrical drawings.
• Proficiency in preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
• Experience with mechanical adjustments and equipment upgrades.
• Familiarity with SAP for maintenance record keeping.
