Maintenance Technician – Thermal Activity

About the role

Valeo is looking for a Maintenance Technician specialized in thermal activity to ensure the performance, reliability and safety of production equipment. You will support daily operations, help industrialize new equipment and drive continuous improvement across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a strong safety culture, detect deviations, lead Safety QRQC and ensure compliance with Valeo and local standards.
• Develop technical expertise within the team, support skill transfer and contribute to workforce stability.
• Assist engineers during new equipment introduction, applying VSDP and IPROM standards and participating in IAR preparation.
• Manage maintenance activities to reduce MTTR, increase MTBF and TRP, contribute to the maintenance budget and lead Maintenance QRQC.
• Deploy ERIM/TPM, keep technical documentation and spare‑parts lists up to date, and maintain equipment FMEAs.
• Identify micro‑stoppages, run improvement proposals, lead PDCA, FTA and 5‑Why analyses, and support Kaizen and budget preparation.
