Maintenance Technician – Wipers Activity

About the role

As a Maintenance Technician you will ensure the performance, reliability and safety of production equipment, supporting daily operations and new equipment industrialisation. You will work on the wipers activity line, contributing to continuous improvement across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Safety & Environment: build a strong safety culture, detect deviations, lead QRQC, ensure compliance with Valeo and local standards.
• People & Skills: develop technical expertise within the team, support training, foster a stable team atmosphere and reduce turnover.
• Industrialization: support engineers during new equipment introduction, apply VSDP and IPROM standards, participate in IAR preparation.
• Maintenance Operations: manage activities to reduce MTTR, increase MTBF, contribute to the maintenance budget, deploy TPM and update technical documentation.
• Continuous Improvement: observe micro‑stoppages, lead PDCA, prepare Kaizen cards, promote Valeo 5 Axes and V5000 targets.
