Management System & CSR Officer

About the role

The Management System & CSR Officer supports the Company Management System & CSR Manager in implementing, maintaining and continuously improving TLScontact’s global management systems and CSR programme. Working under supervision, the role acts as a key operational and coordination point across sites and countries.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive the sustainability strategy, aligning with the CSR roadmap and overseeing environmental, social and governance initiatives.
• Support maintenance and improvement of global management systems such as SA8000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Assist in planning and executing internal and external audits, preparing evidence, tracking corrective actions and ensuring closure.
• Maintain the documentation library, enforce version control, distribution and archiving in line with ISO requirements.
• Coordinate training initiatives, track completion records and develop awareness materials on management systems and CSR topics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality Management, Environmental Management, CSR/Sustainability or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality/management systems, CSR or compliance, preferably in a multi‑site or international environment.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience using document‑management or QMS software.
• Working knowledge of ISO management system standards (SA8000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
