About the role
Orange Business is looking for a Manager AI Factory to lead the development and delivery of innovative AI products. You will drive AI‑enabled business transformation while ensuring alignment with market needs and organizational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead AI Engineers and Data Scientists in end‑to‑end AI product development.
- Manage the AI Center of Excellence backlog and ensure accountability for product delivery.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a high‑performing, collaborative environment.
- Coordinate with MSC Morocco, Data AI, product, and marketing teams to align initiatives.
- Oversee budget (CAPEX and OPEX) for the AI Factory in Morocco, reporting performance and identifying cost‑optimization opportunities.
Required profile
- Extensive experience managing data‑science projects and AI product lifecycles.
- Strong leadership and people‑management skills, with a focus on mentorship.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and business‑oriented approach.
- Excellent communication in English and French.
