About the role

The company seeks a motivated manager to lead the biscuit and grocery aisle of its store in Meknès. You will be responsible for ensuring the department meets its financial and operational targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

Manage the aisle to achieve margin, stock, productivity, breakage and stock‑out targets.
Prepare weekly work schedules and organize the team’s daily activities.
Implement the group’s commercial policy and foster customer loyalty.
Monitor hygiene and safety standards within the department.
Place orders, receive deliveries and control inventory levels.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree (minimum Bac+3) in Commerce or Management.
At least 3 years of experience in grocery or biscuit retail.
Proven skills in merchandising, negotiation and team motivation.
Ability to propose improvements based on performance dashboards.
Strong autonomy, reactivity, service orientation and analytical thinking.
