About the role

The Biscuitry/Grocery aisle manager is responsible for the overall performance of the department in a Carrefour‑Label'Vie store in Casablanca. The role focuses on achieving sales, margin, stock and service targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the aisle daily to meet objectives for sales, margins, productivity, breakage and out‑of‑stock rates.
• Prepare weekly work schedules and organise the team’s activities.
• Ensure compliance with the group’s commercial policy and foster customer loyalty.
• Monitor hygiene and safety standards within the department.
• Place orders, receive deliveries and control inventory levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum Bac+3) in Commerce, Management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in grocery or biscuit retail.
• Proven skills in merchandising, negotiation and team animation.
• Ability to analyse dashboards and key performance indicators and propose improvement actions.
• Autonomous, reactive, service‑oriented with strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
