Manager Deals – Transaction Services

About the role

PwC is looking for a Manager Deals – Transaction Services to lead and support high‑impact transaction projects. You will work closely with French and international clients, providing strategic advice on acquisitions, disposals and fundraising.

Key responsibilities

• Lead teams of analysts and seniors in financial due‑diligence, valuation and financial modelling assignments.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, advising on M&A and capital‑raising transactions.
• Ensure deliverables meet PwC quality standards and are delivered on time.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development for the Deals practice.
• Collaborate with audit and advisory teams to deliver integrated, high‑value solutions.

Required profile

• Graduate of a top business or engineering school with a finance specialization.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Transaction Services, M&A, corporate finance advisory or related fields.
• Strong analytical, synthesis and communication abilities.
• Natural leadership, client‑service orientation and a drive for challenges.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
