About the role

The Manager, Specialist Sales, Digital Payments drives adoption and expansion of digital payment solutions across the North West & Francophone Africa (NWFA) Cluster. Working closely with account management and cross‑functional teams, the role articulates product value, influences stakeholders, and accelerates client readiness for implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Drive adoption and enablement of tokenization (MDES) and authentication solutions by articulating value propositions and removing adoption barriers.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert, providing guidance on product capabilities, rules, and technical specifications throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Collaborate with NWFA teams, account management, sales, product, and technology to align on rollout, resolve issues, and support client engagements.
• Collect and analyze client and market feedback to provide insights for product enhancement and localization.

Required profile

• Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services (issuer, acquirer, PSP, or card network preferred).
• Strong understanding of payment processing flows, tokenization architecture, and authentication solutions such as Passkey and 3DS.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation, product specifications, and rules accurately.
• Experience working in cross‑functional and matrix organizations with business‑level proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with tokenization (device, Click‑to‑Pay, Secure Card on File) and authentication solutions.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integration, and PSP/payment gateway architectures.
• Experience with card schemes (e.g., Mastercard, Visa).
