Managing Director – New Social Impact Initiative

About the role

We are seeking a Managing Director to build and lead a new, privately backed initiative focused on creating meaningful and lasting social impact in Morocco. This unique opportunity combines the ambition of a startup with the resources of a long‑term private investor.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development, launch and overall management of the initiative.
• Define strategy, operating model and organisational structure.
• Build and lead a high‑performing team.
• Identify and develop strategic opportunities and partnerships.
• Oversee financial planning, budgets and performance.
• Work directly with the founder on strategic priorities and long‑term development.

Required profile

• Graduate of a top‑tier business or engineering school (e.g., École Polytechnique, HEC Paris, etc.) or equivalent international institution.
• Significant experience in a demanding, high‑performance environment.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build from scratch and execute independently.
• Excellent strategic, analytical, financial and leadership capabilities.
• Fluency in French and Arabic, professional proficiency in English.
