Manufacturing Engineer – Engineering Changes

About the role

Aptiv is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join its global team in Morocco. You will support the implementation of engineering changes on high‑sophisticated compute and sensing products, helping to drive a safer, greener and more connected future of mobility.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering changes with service centers and ensure alignment with continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and apply changes according to project schedules and standard procedures.
• Prepare and update technical documentation, feasibility reports, BOMs, ECCL/DFC/IR records and 5‑why analyses.
• Support customer and certification audits, and track overtime of auxiliaries.
• Maintain weekly project reports, including product names, MYC overview, BOM reviews, wire‑length planning and ECCL tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering, EOS, SAP, GSD‑M and PFMEA system managers to revise PFMEAs and implement required actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Bac+5 in Industrial Engineering, Methods, Automated Systems, Electromechanics or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
• Good communication skills in English and French.
