À propos du poste
Le Manufacturing Excellence Graduate Program 2026 de Renault Group Maroc est un parcours accéléré destiné aux jeunes diplômés souhaitant développer leurs compétences en management industriel sur les sites de Tanger et Casablanca.
Missions principales
- Participer à des projets stratégiques en production, excellence industrielle, transformation et digital manufacturing.
- Acquérir une expérience terrain immersive sur les sites industriels de Renault au Maroc.
Profil recherché
- Titulaire d'un diplôme d'ingénieur (Bac+5) avec moins de trois ans d'expérience.
- Curiosité, passion pour l'industrie, esprit d'initiative et capacité à conduire le changement.
Compétences requises
- Ingénierie industrielle, mécanique, électromécanique, automatisme.
- Digitalisation industrielle, data, intelligence artificielle appliquées à l'industrie.
