Manufacturing Quality Coordinator – TAC

About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Quality Coordinator (TAC) to act as the central point for customer claims, warranty issues and internal quality concerns across our Tangier plant. The role ensures compliance with the Quality Management System, drives corrective actions and supports continuous improvement in an automotive manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate customer claims, warranty issues and internal quality concerns throughout the plant.
• Monitor and analyse key quality KPIs such as WC, RPPM, LMQM and SPPM.
• Ensure effective implementation and compliance with the Quality Management System and control plans.
• Lead and support a team of Quality Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians and Controllers.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions for internal and external defects.
• Coordinate and execute process and product audits to verify compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
• Maintain documentation, reporting and continuous‑improvement initiatives aligned with standards.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Engineering, Quality or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in the automotive industry.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a quality team.
• Fluency in French and English with strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of AIAG core tools (FMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA).
• Strong understanding of IATF 16949 quality standards and systems.
• Experience implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems.
• Ability to monitor and analyse quality KPIs (WC, RPPM, LMQM, SPPM).
