Manufacturing Team Leader II

About the role

TE Connectivity is seeking a Manufacturing Team Leader II to drive day‑to‑day operations and long‑term planning for a diverse manufacturing environment. You will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure safe, sustainable, and efficient production that meets customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing, production control, engineering, inventory, EH&S, and shipping/receiving activities.
• Develop and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives and new technologies.
• Translate customer specifications into state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing strategies.
• Plan short‑term and long‑term production schedules and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• Educational degree equivalent to BAC +2 or higher.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing processes and related functions.
• Fluent in French and able to read English technical documents.
