Marketing and Activations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing and Activations Coordinator to plan, coordinate and drive marketing activation projects. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to develop concepts and ensure flawless execution on the ground.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and lead marketing activations.
• Develop activation concepts in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
• Oversee production of communication and visibility materials (POS, stands, signage, goodies, etc.).
• Manage suppliers, service providers and field teams to guarantee flawless execution.
• Control budgets, schedules, logistics and deadlines for each project.
• Supervise on‑site deployment of activations and produce post‑operation reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety standards and brand image.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Marketing, Communication, Commerce, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing marketing activations, events, BTL or field marketing projects.
• Excellent project management, organization and communication abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Initiative, autonomy and results‑orientation.
• Proficiency in English.
