Marketing Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant to join a fast‑growing US startup through Founders Arm. This remote position focuses on influencer outreach, campaign coordination, and execution of growth strategies, offering a pathway to senior marketing roles.

Key responsibilities

• Source and onboard influencers on Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms.
• Conduct high‑volume outreach and align creators with campaign objectives.
• Manage briefs, scripts, and video assets to ensure timely delivery.
• Track engagement metrics, analyze performance and optimise campaigns.
• Maintain consistent communication with influencers and update relationship records.
• Update databases and produce clear, actionable campaign reports.

Required profile

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in influencer marketing or digital communications.
• Strong outreach mindset with ability to handle high‑volume sourcing.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
