Marketing Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Associate to lead end‑to‑end marketing initiatives for our game. The role involves executing current plans, generating new ideas, and reporting on performance across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the game across social media, community, KOLs, performance marketing, and offline events.
• Manage budgets and campaigns to maximise return on investment and optimise customer acquisition cost.
• Plan, execute and optimise paid, organic and media campaigns to meet traffic and KPI targets.
• Identify partnership opportunities, evaluate proposals and implement approved plans.
• Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce creative assets for marketing use.

Required profile

• Master’s degree from a reputable university.
• 2‑3 years of experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with solid project‑management skills.
• Highly creative, self‑driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and oral communication in Arabic, French and English.
• Passion for games and good knowledge of the gaming industry is a strong advantage.
