Marketing Coordinator – Morocco

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator based in Casablanca will support the local marketing function for a leading pharmaceutical portfolio. Reporting to the Brand Manager, the role ensures smooth execution of marketing and sales activities while complying with internal policies and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns, projects and events.
• Organise promotional and commercial activities, providing operational support to Marketing and Sales teams.
• Act as the main liaison between Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Finance and senior management to ensure alignment and timely information flow.
• Prepare, submit and follow‑up approval dossiers, tracking compliance and financial requirements.
• Monitor marketing and sales budgets, track expenses, and prepare payment dossiers in coordination with Finance.
• Maintain databases, spreadsheets, trackers and digital archives, ensuring accurate reporting and traceability.
• Coordinate logistics for events, meetings and interactions with external providers.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional coordination abilities.
• Attention to detail and a solid understanding of compliance and financial procedures.
