Marketing Coordinator (Native French Speaker)

About the role

Global University Systems is seeking a Marketing Coordinator who is a native French speaker to support the Global Marketing Team. This operations‑focused position ensures smooth collaboration across marketing, creative, content, and performance teams within a worldwide network of higher‑education institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of global marketing campaigns by tracking timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Serve as the central point of coordination between cross‑functional teams and regional stakeholders, facilitating clear information flow.
• Gather data from various teams to help create performance reports and dashboards.
• Maintain shared documentation, archive campaign assets, and support onboarding materials for new team members.

Required profile

• Native French speaker with an excellent level of English.
• Strong organisational and project‑coordination abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
• Experience with project‑management tools such as Asana or Monday.com.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
