Marketing Director

About the role

Jet Luxe, a global private jet charter company offering a seamless, customer-centric experience, is looking for an experienced Marketing Director to lead its global marketing efforts from its Casablanca office. The role shapes and executes marketing strategies online and offline, drives brand growth and manages marketing teams worldwide. The position reports directly to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement global marketing strategies for the brand, services and customer experience.
• Oversee online and offline campaigns, keeping branding and messaging consistent across all platforms.
• Lead marketing teams across regions, ensuring collaboration and alignment with company goals.
• Drive lead generation and set performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with sales, finance and customer service to align marketing with business objectives.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors and identify new market opportunities.
• Manage the marketing budget and report on campaign performance to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field; Master's preferred.
• At least 7 years of marketing experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of online and offline campaigns and of managing global marketing teams, preferably in luxury or aviation.
• English proficiency; French or Arabic is a plus.
