Marketing & Growth Specialist – Bilingual English/French

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing & Growth Specialist to join our fast‑growing Canadian company. This fully remote position works directly with executive leadership to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and overall business growth. The role requires bilingual communication in English and French and a strong focus on digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update the company website, including publishing blogs, articles, case studies, and landing pages.
• Plan, execute, and analyse email marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate CRM activities and customer communications.
• Improve SEO, AEO (AI search optimization), and overall website performance.
• Manage and grow social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
• Lead marketing campaigns from planning through execution and track KPIs.
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and external partners.
• Support webinars, events, presentations, and creation of marketing collateral.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Leverage AI tools to boost productivity and marketing results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital or growth marketing.
• Native or near‑native written and spoken English; professional French communication skills.
• Excellent copywriting ability in English.
• Strong organisational and project‑management capabilities.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
