Marketing Manager & Content Creator Internship

About the role

This pre‑hire internship is designed to transition into a full‑time Marketing Manager & Content Creator position. You will work closely with the marketing team and directly with client‑facing experts to uncover audience needs and transform them into publishable content.

Key responsibilities

• Attend client calls and internal interviews, extracting recurring questions, objections, and stories.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to convert complex professional‑services knowledge into searchable, reader‑friendly topics.
• Maintain an idea backlog, tracking covered subjects, gaps, and competitor content.
• Appear on camera for short‑form videos (explainers, client interviews, behind‑the‑scenes) and assist with scripting and shoot planning.
• Monitor content performance metrics and feed insights back into the ideation cycle.

Required profile

• Comfortable appearing on camera and conducting brief interviews without hesitation.
• Familiarity with professional‑services sectors such as consulting, accounting, legal, or finance, and an understanding of trust‑based selling.
• Genuine curiosity about businesses and the ability to follow conversational threads.
• Strong written French and English, capable of translating technical explanations into clear, accessible copy.
• Organized and able to keep a research pipeline moving independently.
