Marketing Manager – Hospitality Property

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of the marketing plan for a hospitality property in Fes. This full‑time position focuses on driving occupancy through e‑commerce, promotional packages, and strong relationships with tourism bureaus and community leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a leisure marketing plan, including rate offers, packages and promotional programs.
• Maintain and update all property websites and coordinate email and digital campaigns.
• Produce brochures, collateral materials and signage for property imaging.
• Analyse market reports, guest data and campaign performance to provide ROI‑based recommendations.
• Manage the annual marketing budget, track spend versus plan and reallocate funds as needed.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all advertising, print, direct‑mail and online channels.
• Represent the property on key internet travel sites and collaborate with convention bureaus and tourism chambers.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of sales/marketing experience, **or** a 2‑year degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field (no experience required).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret market data and ROI metrics.
