Marketing Manager - Property Management

About the role

RoomPilot manages short-let properties for owners in London, Dubai and Marrakech, handling everything from setup and listing to guests, cleaning, maintenance and dynamic pricing. It is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the brand's voice across the three markets and bring new property owners on board, while the sales team converts the enquiries. This is an in-office, full-time, permanent role in Marrakech, reporting directly to the founders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the brand voice so owners recognise and trust it
• Plan and run campaigns that generate enquiries from property owners in all three markets
• Manage social media, with content aimed mainly at property owners
• Run and optimise paid ads on Meta / Instagram
• Write and send email campaigns, newsletters and follow-up sequences
• Adapt messaging to each market: English for London and Dubai, French for Marrakech
• Work closely with the sales team so every enquiry is followed up and converted
• Track results (enquiries, cost per lead, email open and click rates, conversions) and report them to the founders
• Support marketing for new city launches as the company expands

Required profile

• Proven marketing experience, ideally in digital or social media
• Fluent English and French (mandatory)
• Creativity, drive and clarity: able to turn strategy into campaigns and give a brand a recognisable tone
• Organised, self-driven and comfortable working independently
• Nice to have: real estate, short-let or hospitality experience

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with Instagram and Meta ads
• Email campaign creation and sending
• Strong eye for copy, visuals and short-form video
• Nice to have: Canva, CapCut or similar tools

• Salary starting at 10,000 MAD per month in year one, rising by 8,000 MAD at the start of each new year (18k, 26k, 34k, 42k by year 5)
