Marketing Project Manager

About the role

We are a global marketing organization seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to lead the intake, planning, resourcing, financial governance, and delivery of worldwide marketing projects. You will act as the bridge between go‑to‑market stakeholders and production teams, ensuring projects are well‑scoped, commercially aligned, and delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project intake, scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow coordination.
• Review briefs, timelines, budgets, and approvals to ensure delivery readiness.
• Monitor resource capacity, resolve scheduling conflicts, and oversee budgets, estimates, forecasts, and financial reconciliation.
• Track performance, utilization, and delivery metrics, providing actionable insights.
• Drive process improvements, governance standards, and workflow efficiencies.
• Coordinate internal teams, stakeholders, and external suppliers for successful execution.
• Support quality control, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5‑7 years in marketing project management, agency, shared services, or Center of Excellence environments.
• Proven experience managing campaign intake, schedules, resources, budgets, suppliers, and delivery risks.
• Strong understanding of multi‑channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across global, cross‑functional teams.
