Marketing & Public Relations Executive

About the role

The Marketing & Public Relations Executive will support the execution of marketing, communications, public relations and social media initiatives for Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr. Reporting to the Director of Public Relations and Communications, the role helps enhance the hotel’s visibility, reputation and brand positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate media visits and influencer stays to generate positive exposure.
• Maintain media databases, press kits and support media relations activities.
• Develop and edit content for digital, print and social media channels.
• Manage the hotel’s social media platforms and assist with website updates.
• Support hotel events, marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience in marketing, public relations, communications or social media, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Creative, detail‑oriented and highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outgoing, collaborative professional with a passion for storytelling and brand excellence.
• Fluency in English required; French and Arabic highly preferred.
• Eligibility to work in Morocco.
