Marketing Specialist – Full‑time or Part‑time

About the role

PATT is looking for a versatile 360° Marketing Specialist who can work full‑time, part‑time or on a freelance basis. The role starts in October 2026 and offers a clear path from freelance to a fixed‑term contract based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage social‑media content across platforms, including short‑form video production.
• Design graphics and visual assets using Canva or Figma.
• Plan, launch and optimise Meta and TikTok advertising campaigns.
• Develop copy, scripts and email marketing flows, and maintain CRM tools.
• Analyse marketing data, track trends and produce performance reports.

Required profile

• High energy, passion for creating and delivering marketing projects.
• Willingness to take on any task that moves the company forward.
• Fast learner with strong curiosity and adaptability.
• Self‑starter who takes ownership without constant supervision.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.

What we offer

• Full‑time salary: 8,000–13,000 MAD per month.
• Part‑time salary: 3,000–5,000 MAD per month.
• Initial freelance arrangement with a pathway to a fixed‑term contract.
