Marketing Strategy & Operations Assistant (EMEA)

About the role

Scalian is looking for a Marketing Strategy & Operations Assistant to support its Marketing Programme across the EMEA region. The role will help plan, coordinate and execute marketing activities for the Software Business Unit, ensuring timely launches of new services and effective communication with dealers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Quarterly Marketing Action Plan by gathering inputs from stakeholders and keeping the plan up‑to‑date.
• Track weekly progress of marketing initiatives, identify risks or blockers and facilitate resolution.
• Coordinate all marketing actions required for service, feature and project launches.
• Support the creation of weekly newsletters, monthly dealer articles and other communication materials.
• Improve visibility and coordination across marketing activities and align stakeholders on priorities.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in a PMO role or within a marketing team.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
• Comfortable working remotely in a highly collaborative environment.
• Fluent English; Italian or French is a strong asset.
