Master Data Management Analyst

About the role

The Master Data Management (MDM) team ensures the accuracy and reliability of master data used in SWIFT financial transactions. As an MDM Analyst you will collaborate with the Swift Technology Team and various groups across the DTTL network to review, validate, and improve master data quality.

Key responsibilities

• Review client and vendor workflow requests and verify consistency between French and English data versions.
• Confirm changes to banking information with local vendors via telephone.
• Manage all aspects of SWIFT master data, including vendors, clients, chart of accounts, profit/cost centers, and bank master data.
• Perform routine data quality audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analysis and reporting as required.
• Participate in special projects aimed at improving service delivery and standardizing master data across the DTTL network.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of business applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while handling confidential information.
• Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication in both French and English.
• Based in Casablanca.
