Material Planner – Global Logistics

About the role

Aptiv is looking for a Material Planner to join its global, diverse team that develops advanced safety, electrification and connectivity solutions for the automotive industry. In this position you will ensure raw‑material availability at the right time and quality, supporting high‑tech compute and sensing products that drive safer, greener mobility.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor supplier anomalies and take corrective actions.
• Analyze weekly WIP storage to identify overstock, shortages or negative stock.
• Detect and track production, cutting or engineering anomalies that cause stock shortages and route cases to Key Users via the ID Tool.
• Clear orders each week to prevent overstocking.
• Oversee transport of goods (pickup and arrival) and manage flow using MRP and SAP.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or Master’s in Logistics (or equivalent).
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
