Material Planner

About the role

Versigent is seeking a Material Planner to support its electrical distribution systems business. You will work closely with the Planning Coordinator and customers to schedule production orders, ensuring deadlines, quality, and service standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor supplier anomalies and communicate issues.
• Analyze material and component requirements for production plans.
• Send procurement programs to suppliers with reference, quantity, and expected receipt week.
• Review weekly WIP stock levels to identify overstock, shortages, or negative stock.
• Detect and track production, cutting, or engineering anomalies that cause stock shortages.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and procedural standards.
• Transfer anomaly cases to Key Users via the ID Tool.
• Clear orders weekly to prevent overstocking and verify goods receipt in store.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or Master’s in Logistics (or equivalent).
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem‑solving, and analytical capabilities.
