Material Planner

About the role

Eaton is seeking a Material Planner to join its Casablanca team. In this position you will ensure product availability across the region while keeping inventory levels optimal, supporting both internal manufacturing sites and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage material replenishment and inventory to meet service level targets.
• Create, monitor and adjust purchase orders in close collaboration with plants and suppliers.
• Coordinate import activities, liaising with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Monitor customer orders, identify shortages, and develop recovery plans.
• Provide delivery commitments for commercial opportunities and new projects.
• Execute goods receipt transactions in SAP and resolve any delivery or invoice discrepancies.
• Perform weekly warehouse stock reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Support demand‑planning activities through forecast reviews and supply analysis.
• Analyze inventory performance, spot trends and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain accurate data in SAP and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in material planning, supply planning, inventory management or related supply‑chain functions.
• Background in industrial manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience working with international suppliers, manufacturing sites and logistics partners is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• SAP proficiency.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
