ME Supervisor – Engineering

About the role

As an ME Supervisor you will join a global, diverse team focused on developing high‑sophistication compute and sensing products for a safer, greener, and more connected future of mobility. You will coordinate and supervise project planning and industrialization activities, ensuring alignment between product changes and production processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise, and control all activities related to project planning and industrialization of product technical data.
• Develop and cascade site strategy for project management, translating operational objectives into actionable work plans.
• Ensure schedules are respected, risks are identified, and mitigation or bypass scenarios are defined.
• Maintain strong understanding of customer requirements and their impact on product and process.
• Lead project planning meetings, develop and monitor performance indicators.
• Validate investment calculations for engineering changes and increase overall project volume.
• Facilitate internal, certification, and customer audits.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety standards.

Required profile

• Bac+5 in Industrial Engineering, Methods, Automated Systems, Electromechanics or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience within Aptiv or a similar automotive engineering environment.
• Proficient communication skills in English and French.
• Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
