ME Supervisor – Engineering

About the role

As a Mechanical Engineering (ME) Supervisor you will join a global, diverse team at Aptiv, contributing to advanced compute and sensing products that drive a safer, greener, and more connected future of mobility. Based in Tanger‑Assilah, you will coordinate and supervise activities related to project planning and the industrialization of product technical data.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise and control all activities linked to project planning and product industrialization.
• Develop the site’s strategy for project management and cascade operational objectives to the Project Management team.
• Ensure alignment between product changes and the production process, monitoring schedules, risks and mitigation scenarios.
• Supervise project planning meetings, develop performance indicators and validate investment calculations for engineering changes.
• Facilitate internal, certification and customer audits while ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Bac+5 degree in Industrial Engineering, Methods, Automated Systems, Electromechanics or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience within Aptiv or a similar automotive engineering environment.
• Strong analytical and synthesis abilities with good communication skills in English and French.
