Mechanical Maintenance Manager – Safi Plant

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance activities at our Safi plant. The role focuses on ensuring equipment availability, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining high safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Supervise mechanical maintenance tasks and manage critical breakdown interventions.
• Lead and coordinate maintenance teams to execute planned work efficiently.
• Contribute to the annual maintenance and procurement planning process.
• Track performance indicators and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Manage subcontracted maintenance activities, ensuring quality and deadline compliance.
• Assist in maintenance budget control and resource optimization.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality and environmental requirements.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in maintenance management or a similar role.
• Strong expertise in mechanical maintenance and team leadership.
• Proficiency with SAP for industrial maintenance.
• Fluency in Arabic, French and English.
