Media Buyer – Scale Campaigns Across African Markets

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Media Buyer to join our international e‑commerce team and drive paid‑social campaigns across multiple high‑potential African markets. You will be responsible for scaling successful ads, optimizing performance, and delivering measurable results for our portfolio of proven winning products.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage Facebook and TikTok advertising campaigns for diverse product lines.
• Analyze campaign data daily to identify optimisation opportunities and improve ROAS.
• Design and execute systematic testing strategies to discover winning creatives and audiences.
• Scale high‑performing campaigns while controlling budgets and maintaining cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with the creative and product teams to align messaging with market trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience running paid‑social campaigns on Facebook Ads and/or TikTok Ads.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Track record of testing, optimising and scaling campaigns in competitive markets.
• Motivation to tackle new challenges and grow professionally within a fast‑moving environment.
