Medical Representative – Dermo‑Cosmetics (Marrakesh)

About the role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a motivated Medical Representative specialized in dermo‑cosmetics to join its team in Marrakesh. You will promote high‑quality pharmaceutical and cosmetic products to physicians and pharmacies, ensuring a patient‑centric approach while contributing to the company’s mission of improving access to medicine.

Key responsibilities

• Develop brand image and drive prescriptions and recommendations for dermo‑cosmetics products.
• Visit targeted physicians, presenting scientific and technical product value.
• Implement the medical visit strategy, managing coverage, frequency, and product cycles.
• Utilize promotional tools and multi‑channel communication to personalize messages.
• Ensure product availability in nearby pharmacies and support sell‑out with sales teams.
• Analyze territory performance and competition, creating and executing action plans.
• Manage planning, CRM tracking, and activity reporting.
• Maintain compliance with ethical standards and report adverse events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a scientific field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong sales mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking activities and reporting.
