Medical Sales Representative – Field (Tanger)

About the role

Cipla is looking for a Medical Sales Representative to drive profitable sales of its pharmaceutical products in the Tanger region. You will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals and pharmacies, promoting the company’s portfolio and ensuring product acceptance.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve personal sales targets across the assigned territory.
• Promote and sell products to new and existing customers, maintaining sound relationships.
• Demonstrate product features and assist clients in selecting suitable options.
• Conduct presentations, follow‑up calls and informative meetings with general practitioners, pharmacists and specialists.
• Resolve customer problems and complaints promptly.
• Analyse market trends, identify risks and opportunities, and report insights to management.
• Prepare sales presentations, contracts and proposals to secure transactions.
• Ensure compliance with customer SLAs, internal policies and governance procedures.
• Generate monthly cost‑control reports and assist in financial management.

Required profile

• Relevant diploma or degree.
• 2–5 years of experience in pharma or medical sales.
• Knowledge of regulatory intelligence, gap closure and compliance.
