MENA Recruiter & Sourcer (Remote)

About the role

AzuraInfinity is looking for a dedicated Recruiter‑Sourcer to support its growth across the MENA region. This full‑time remote position will focus on identifying, attracting, and engaging talent for the company’s gaming and tech projects.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks and Boolean search techniques.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial screenings to evaluate skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job postings.
• Coordinate the recruitment process from outreach to shortlist, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system and generate basic recruitment reports.
• Support employer branding initiatives tailored to the MENA market.

Required profile

• Proven experience in in‑house or agency recruitment, preferably in tech, gaming or online services.
• Strong knowledge of the MENA talent market and its hiring practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, multicultural environment and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to inclusive, non‑discriminatory hiring practices.
