Meta & Google Ads Specialist

About the role

Huzzle connects talent with in-house roles at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia. This fully remote digital marketing position is for a Meta & Google Ads Specialist who plans, executes and optimizes paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads, managing strategy, targeting, tracking and budget to maximize ROI and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Conduct audience research, keyword research and competitor analysis
• Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions and ROAS
• Monitor performance and adjust bids, budgets, targeting and creatives
• Analyze metrics with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and Google Tag Manager
• Work with creative and marketing teams on ad creatives and landing pages
• Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences and landing pages
• Provide performance reports and recommendations, and manage advertising budgets

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Proven experience optimizing campaigns for lead generation, sales or e-commerce conversions
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels and analytics tools
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and reporting dashboards
• Ability to turn data insights into campaign improvements
• Strong communication and collaboration in remote settings
• Experience with SaaS, e-commerce, marketing agencies or B2B companies is an advantage; Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus
