Methods Manager – Maintenance

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Methods Manager to join our Maintenance team. In this position you will lead the optimisation of maintenance strategies, boost equipment reliability and drive continuous improvement across the plant.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and optimise preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
- Improve equipment availability, reliability and operational efficiency.
- Lead maintenance projects, shutdowns and performance‑improvement actions.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and support budget management.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and company standards.
Required profile
- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical or a related field.
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance methods, reliability and SAP PM.
- Excellent leadership, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
