About the role
At TE you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. You will participate in each phase of the manufacturing process while following appropriate guidelines and standards.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain facility stability through daily upkeep, calibration and troubleshooting.
- Follow blueprints, diagrams and schematics to ensure specifications are achieved.
- Collaborate with first‑line technicians to resolve operational difficulties and allocate resources.
- Implement product manufacturing, assembly and testing using various instruments according to standard processes.
- Participate in all manufacturing phases while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
Required profile
- 3‑4 years (or more) of related work experience.
- High school diploma required; an Associate degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Values such as integrity, accountability, inclusion, innovation and teamwork.
