Mobile Tech Lead – React Native (Casablanca)

About the role

We are looking for a Mobile Tech Lead specialized in React Native to drive the architecture and delivery of high‑quality cross‑platform mobile applications. You will stay hands‑on with code while mentoring a talented team and shaping the technical direction of our mobile initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of robust React Native applications for Android and iOS.
• Define and enforce scalable, maintainable mobile architectures and best‑practice standards.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Review code, provide mentorship, and guide junior developers to improve code quality.
• Own performance, security, and overall app quality across both platforms.
• Stay up‑to‑date with mobile trends and propose technical improvements.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and help the team adopt efficient development workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of mobile development experience, including at least 3 years with React Native.
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience in a technical team.
• Strong understanding of native Android and iOS development.
• Experience publishing apps to the App Store and Google Play.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
