Mold & Plastics Engineer

About the role

The Mold & Plastics Engineer will lead the validation of new tooling and equipment, and support the injection molding production line. This role combines technical leadership with hands‑on problem solving to ensure high‑quality plastic parts and efficient manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Validate new molds, tools and machines, ensuring they meet design and performance specifications.
• Provide technical guidance to process adjusters and molding staff.
• Develop, maintain and communicate clear process documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor injection mold performance, identify issues and propose corrective actions.
• Support quality investigations and respond to customer claims related to plastic parts.
• Manage multiple start‑up projects and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Technical diploma (Bac+5) or equivalent engineering degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in molding, over‑molding and plastic material processing.
• Strong analytical abilities in injection molding, tooling and equipment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
