Molding Setup Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Molding Setup Operator to join our production team. You will work with common machine tools, identify material properties, and produce parts that meet tight tolerances, contributing to a safer and more sustainable manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute specific production runs, setting up molding machines according to specifications.
• Monitor workflow to ensure quality standards are met and follow procedures for equipment failures.
• Provide guidance and training to junior or new operators to promote efficient operations.
• Conduct periodic inspections and tests of machine components, reporting critical feedback to engineers and supervisors.
• Repair identified equipment issues, maintain activity logs, and document final product records.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of related experience in a manufacturing setting.
• High school diploma required; vocational training or an associate degree preferred.
• Demonstrated values of integrity, accountability, inclusion, innovation, and teamwork.
