Monitoring Specialist

About the role

Nuitée is looking for a Monitoring Specialist to join its 24/7 Monitoring team in Casablanca. You will continuously observe key operational metrics such as revenue, bookings, traffic, conversion, API health and supplier connectivity, and ensure incidents are identified and escalated quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor real‑time dashboards for revenue, bookings, traffic and API health.
• Detect anomalies and investigate root causes across client, supplier and connectivity layers.
• Communicate findings promptly to engineering, account managers and leadership.
• Participate in incident response, keeping live incidents under control until resolution.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new monitoring tools and dashboards.
• Work rotating shifts covering nights, weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to read dense operational data quickly.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, 24/7 environment and handling rotating shifts.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of monitoring processes.
